Wednesday night is DVD night we show DVD's from current messages we have heard. Beginning Sept 17, 2008 we will begin a 12 week series entitled " Heaven Made Real" by Dr. Tim Sheets. This series gives a biblical overview of heaven, providing answers to the reality and nature of heaven based upon the witness of Scripture. The listener will learn how Heaven functions, what the saints will do there and the unending joys God has in store for His children. Most of all, heirs will see we are home with our great Father God and His Son, the Lord Jesus Chris. Within this loving home, our ultimate destinies will be revealed. Dr. Tim Sheets is an Apostle and Senior Pastor of The Oasis, a City Gate Church, in Middletown, Ohio, for the past 29 years. He is a graduate of Christ For the Nations Bible Institute in Dallas, Texas, and received his Doctorate of Divinity from Christian Life College of Theology/Beacon Institute in Columbus, Georgia. In 2003 Dr. Sheets founded Destiny Bible School which hosts national five-fold ministries in Equipping Seminars 6 times a year, equipping believers for the ministry. In addition, the Oasis serves as a Host Church for various national conferences every year, as well as hosting many other ministry outreaches, speakers, and concerts. |
